Common use of Binding on Successors Clause in Contracts

Binding on Successors. All of the conditions, covenants and terms herein contained shall apply to, and bind, the heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns of Contractor. Contractor and all of Contractor’s heirs, successors, executors, administrators, and assigns shall be jointly and severally liable under the Contract.
