Binding Use. Any use of COGS is legally binding for the respective User in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Facility Agreement.

Binding Nature This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the successors and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

This Clause 19 and Clause 14.4 may be relied upon by any member of the Steering Committee notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 17.11.
