Common use of Blanket Contractual Liability Clause in Contracts

Blanket Contractual Liability. If services are performed under this Order on Purchaser's premises, Seller shall also obtain Premises Operations, Personal Injury, and Independent Contractors Protective Liability endorsements, and shall further obtain Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance coverage in amounts acceptable to Purchaser. If requested, Seller shall furnish Purchaser with a certificate evidencing the required insurance.

If services are performed under this Order order on Purchaser's Buyer’s premises, Seller shall also obtain Premises Premises-Operations, Personal Injury, and Independent Contractors Protective Liability endorsements, and shall further obtain Workers' ’ Compensation, Employer's ’s Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance coverage in amounts acceptable to PurchaserBuyer. If requested, Seller shall furnish Purchaser Buyer with a certificate evidencing the required insurance.
