  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following:

  • Financial Management (a) The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.09 of the Standard Conditions.

  • Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions:

  • WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that it is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of its information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Master Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • DIRECT MARKETING Prior to the introduction of any new product or service which Competitive Supplier may wish to make available to Participating Consumers or other Eligible Consumers located within the Town, Competitive Supplier agrees to (i) give the Town written notice of such new product or service and (ii) subject to the entry into reasonable confidentiality terms to the extent permitted by law and mutually acceptable to the Parties, discuss with the Town the possible inclusion of such new product or service in this aggregation program. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the terms, conditions, and prices for such products and services which the Parties agree should be included in a Town aggregation program. Competitive Supplier also agrees not to engage in any direct marketing to any Participating Consumer that relies upon Competitive Supplier’s unique knowledge of, or access to, Participating Consumers gained as a result of this ESA. For the purposes of this provision, “direct marketing” shall include any telephone call, mailing, electronic mail, or other contact between the Competitive Supplier and the Consumer. Broad-based programs of the Competitive Supplier that do not rely on unique knowledge or access gained through this ESA will not constitute such “direct marketing.”

  • IN CASE OF ERRORS OR QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS In the event that you believe there has been an error with respect to any original check or image thereof transmitted to the Credit Union for deposit or a breach of this Agreement and Disclosure, you will immediately contact the Credit Union regarding such error or breach as set forth below. • By calling the Credit Union at: 000-000-0000; • By emailing the Credit Union at: xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx; or • By writing a letter and sending it to P.O. Box 60890, Los Angeles, CA 00000-0000. Contact us as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within ten (10) business days. We will tell you the results of our investigation within ten (10)* business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45** days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Account within ten (10)* business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) business days, we may not credit your Account. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within three (3) business days after we finish our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. * If you assert an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, we will have 20 business days instead of ten (10) business days. ** If you give notice of an error within 30 days after you make the first deposit to your Account, or notice of an error involving a transaction initiated outside the United States, its possessions and territories, we will have 90 days instead of 45 days to investigate. In accordance with Visa Operating Rules and Regulations, you will receive a provisional credit for Visa Check Card losses for unauthorized use within five (5) business days after you have notified us of the loss. This does not apply to ATM transactions using a PIN(s).

  • New York State Statewide Financial System New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) went live for NYS agencies in April 2012. Future SFS procurement functionality envisions the ability to fully host Contract catalogs, to integrate Contractor-hosted punch-out catalogs, and/or to submit and process invoices electronically. OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so. No costs or expenses associated with providing information and integration shall be charged to NYS. Technical Requirements for the data elements, such as data types, maximum field lengths, and cXML element names shall be provided by SFS, OGS and/or a third party host during integration.   • Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.
