Blow-Off Assembly. Blow-off assemblies shall be paid for at the unit price per each blow-off assembly installed and shall cover the cost for all materials, transportation, labor, equipment, excavation, sheeting and shoring, installation of the blow-off assembly, valves, valve boxes, concrete pad or collar, piping, restraints, fittings, tracer wire, protection of existing utilities, chlorine for disinfection, disinfection, backfilling, backfill materials, disposal of unsuitable backfill material, tamping, testing, densities, utility crossings, dewatering, trench stabilization, clean-up, restoration, and all work and materials necessary to place the blow-off assembly into service.

Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances:
