Blue Sky Qualification. Upon request, you will inform us as to the jurisdictions in which you have been advised by counsel that the Securities have been registered or qualified for sale under the respective state securities or blue sky laws, but you do not assume any responsibility or obligation as to our right to sell the Securities in any jurisdiction.
