Required Qualifications. At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

2. Technical or non-technical courses outside employee’s current field of specialization, but related to either fields of specialization within the department, or to a logical program of personal development and progression in a related field.

Required Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree, post-graduate work, or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years of related work experience. Senior Planner / Exercise Planner / Trainer. Applies diversified knowledge of consulting and emergency planning practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Make decisions independently regarding strategic and action planning complexities and methods. At this level, supervision and guidance relate largely to overall project objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. A supervisor would be consulted concerning unusual problems and developments. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, post- graduate work, or equivalent experience, with 5 or more years of related work experience. Planner II / Exercise Planner II / Trainer II. Independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard planning, analytical, or scientific techniques and procedures. Individuals at this level use judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications to solutions. Individuals must also perform work involving conventional plans, investigations, surveys, structures, or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are few precedents. In addition, the Planner II may be individually responsible for a single phase of a project, thus having oversight and responsibility for its successful management. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with 3-5 years of related work experience.
Required Qualifications. Where two or more employees are relatively equal for a position, seniority will be the deciding factor. Employees will be considered relatively equal if their final selection scores are within fifteen percent (15%) of each other.
Required Qualifications a. The University shall not unreasonably alter the qualifications required to perform the existing job functions of employees who are members of the Bargaining Unit.
b. If the University alters the qualifications for a position and the member is able to perform the duties of the position despite the new qualifications (e.g. through a combination of relevant experience and qualifications) then the member shall not lose their position.
c. If the University alters the qualifications for a position such that a current member is no longer able to perform the duties of the job, then the member shall be given a reasonable period of time, determined in consultation with the Bargaining Unit President, to meet the qualifications for the position. If the employee is unable to meet the qualifications in a reasonable period of time then the employee shall be declared surplus in accordance with the Layoff and Recall Article 34.
d. It is understood that the provisions of this Article do not apply to situations covered by Article 31 (Technological Change).
