BMP Design and Contractor Assistance. The WCD will coordinate BMP design assistance. Design support will be provided by WCD technical resources and/or obtaining assistance from an appropriate technical agency, organization, or consultant. WCD will assist landowners with obtaining qualified contractors to install BMPs.
