BNPPLC’s Right to Sell. At any time more than thirty days after the Designated Sale Date, if the Property has not already been sold and conveyed by BNPPLC pursuant to Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 3, BNPPLC will have the right to sell the Property or offer the Property for sale to any third party on any terms believed to be appropriate by BNPPLC in its sole good faith business judgment.
