Board and Authority Representatives. Whenever under the provisions hereof the approval of the Board or the Authority is required, or the Board or the Authority is required to take some action at the request of the other, such approval or such request shall be given for the Board by the Board Representative and for the Authority by the Authority Representative, and any party hereto and the Trustee shall be authorized to act on any such approval or request.
