Board and Other Resignation. You agree that, upon termination of your employment with the Company for any reason, you will automatically be deemed to have resigned, as of the termination date, from any other employment, including service on the board of directors, with the Company or any of its affiliates, including any entity in which the Company or its affiliates have rights and any position in which you act as a representative of the Company.
