Salary and Other Compensation. As compensation for the services to be rendered by the Employee to the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Employee shall be paid the following compensation and other benefits:

Salary and Other Compensation. Subject only to Section 4.16(e), the salaries, fees, benefits, reimbursements and all other compensation payable to the Directors and to the officers of the Company, in their capacity as Directors and officers, shall be fixed from time to time by the Directors, including with respect to meeting and committee fees. All eligible Unit I employees will receive a mid-year step which will be effective on December 30, 2020, (January 13, 2021, payroll) for 12-month employees and January 27, 2021, (February 10, 2021, payroll) for 10-month employees.
