Board and Work Site Policies. A. All policies and rules of the Board shall be made available to employees through the District website; a copy shall be provided to employees upon request. Each work site shall make a reasonable effort to provide employees with access to the District website through a computer terminal. B. Employees shall be notified of work site policies and such policies shall be made available to each employee assigned to that work site on the first day of school each year. Employees shall be notified of changes in such policies at least five days prior to their implementation, if feasible.
