Personnel Policies. The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.

Personnel Policies. The School’s Governing Board shall adopt and adhere to personnel policies for all school employees. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 8.9 of this Charter Contract.
Personnel Policies. 1. The Contractor shall have in effect personnel policies that conform to all State and federal laws including, but not limited to, all regulations concerning Equal Employment Opportunities, Cal OSHA, Worker's Compensation, and other regulations as appropriate.
2. The Contractor shall maintain at all times a current list of personnel assigned to the SNEMT Contract and provide the OoA Program Administrator with an updated roster of all drivers each month.
3. Employees may not have weapons in their possession or in SNEMT vehicles.
4. Contractor shall maintain a smoke free work environment. There is no smoking allowed in SNEMT vehicles or anywhere in SNEMT facilities.
5. SNEMT Contractors shall maintain a Zero Tolerance Policy for inappropriate behavior between passengers or between passenger and driver. Allegations of sexual misconduct, lewd behavior, or sexual harassment made by any client must be reported to the OoA staff immediately. Should the Contractor receive notification from other than OoA that an employee is allegedly involved in a criminal activity including, but not limited to, sexual misconduct, lewd behavior, or sexual harassment, the Contractor shall notify OoA’s Program Administrator immediately as well as local police or Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
6. The Contractor must have established standards for recruitment and hiring of drivers.
7. OoA retains the right to review Contractor's personnel policies and the list of personnel assigned to the SNEMT Contract. Proposed changes in key personnel or job duties shall be subject to review and approval by OoA.
Personnel Policies. (a) A faculty member shall have access to all material in his/her Personnel File, with the exception of letters of reference and interview reports in the application file. A faculty member shall also have access to material, if any, in any other file with the Employer that may be used by the Employer for determining qualifications for employment, or assignment of workload, altering job security, or taking disciplinary action. Upon request by the faculty member, the Employer shall identify such files, if any, containing personnel material not in the faculty member's Personnel File.
(b) No information relating to qualifications for employment or assignment of workload, job security, or disciplinary action will be placed in a faculty member's personnel files unless a copy has at the same time been given to the faculty member. The Employer agrees not to use information relating to qualifications for employment or assignment of workload, job security, or disciplinary action unless a copy has been given to the faculty member at the time that the information was placed in the personnel files.
(c) Except for routine administrative access by the Human Resource Services Department and by appropriate administrators, files will not be open to any other individual except with the written permission of the faculty member concerned.
(d) Upon request by the faculty member or the Union on the member's behalf, documents of a disciplinary nature will be removed from the employee's personnel file after a period of:
Personnel Policies. Employee shall conduct himself at all times in a businesslike and professional manner as appropriate for a person in his position and shall represent the Company in all respects as complies with good business and ethical practices. In addition, Employee shall be subject to and abide by the policies and procedures of the Company applicable to personnel of the Company, as adopted from time to time.

All Employees of this bargaining unit, in addition to being governed by this Agreement, shall also be subject to the personnel policies published by the Employer having general applicability to all employees of the Employer and any subsequent personnel policies, rules and regulations that may be promulgated in the future, so long as they do not conflict with the letter or intent of this Agreement. In case of any conflict, this Agreement shall be the controlling policy for the employees covered by this Agreement.

Those terms and conditions, as Company may revise from time to time, are incorporated by reference into this Employment Agreement. Company reserves the right to revise the personnel policies from time to time, as Company deems necessary. If any personnel policy provision conflicts with a provision of this Employment Agreement, the terms of this Employment Agreement shall govern.

Those terms and conditions, as they may be revised from time to time by Company, are incorporated by reference into this Employment Agreement. Company reserves the right to revise the personnel policies from time to time, as Company deems necessary. If any personnel policy provision conflicts with a provision of this Employment Agreement, the terms of this Employment Agreement shall govern.
Personnel Policies. The general personnel policies of the Company (as said policies may exist from time to time) will apply to Employee with the same force and effect as to any other employee of the Company, except to the extent such general personnel policies are inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, in which event the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control.
Personnel Policies. Except as otherwise provided herein, Executive shall be subject to the personnel policies of the Company applicable to management employees, and any amendments or revisions thereto. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Company’s personnel policies, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
