Board Financial Oversight. The Board shall be responsible to monitor the finances, including but not limited to, regular budget to actual expenditures of the operations of the City Community Services Programs and of the Xxxxxxxx Board of Education budgets under 5.2.a. and other provisions of this Agreement. The Board shall advise the City Council and Board of Education on related financial matters as deemed appropriate.

  • Board Oversight 1. Within 60 days of this Agreement, the board of directors of the Bank shall submit to the Reserve Bank a written plan to strengthen board oversight of the management and operations of the Bank. The plan shall, at a minimum, address, consider, and include:

The School will provide a copy of its annual financial audit (including any School responses to audit findings) to the Sponsor no later than September 30. The Sponsor reserves the right to perform additional audits and investigations at its expense as part of the Sponsor's financial monitoring responsibilities as it deems necessary to ensure fiscal accountability and sound financial management.

  • Financial Management Standards The financial management systems of Grantee must meet the following standards:
