BOARD HEARINGS/EMPLOYEE RIGHTS. When any Employee is required to appear before an administrator or supervisor, a Board committee, or Board of Education, concerning any matter which is, disciplinary in nature, or which could adversely affect their terms and conditions of employment, the Employee shall: A. Be given at least twenty four (24) hours prior written notice of the reasons for such meeting or interview and, A. Be entitled to have a representative of the Association present. A. This provision shall not apply to conferences held with respect to routine evaluation of Employees.
