Returning Employee Rights. Employees returning from authorized leave without pay will be employed in the same position or in another position in the same job classification, as determined by the Employer, provided that such reemployment is not in conflict with other articles in this Agreement. The employee and the Employer may enter into a written agreement regarding return rights at the commencement of the leave.

Returning Employee Rights. Employees returning to work following an approved leave without pay will be returned to the position they held prior to the leave without pay or to another position in the same classification in the same geographical area unit and organizational unit. In the event the employee’s position is substantially impacted during the time the employee is on leave, he or she will be notified in writing and provided a time in which to exercise any rights available pursuant to this Agreement.
Returning Employee Rights. Employees returning from authorized leave without pay will be employed in the same position provided the position is available or in another position as determined by the College provided another position is available and further provided that such reemployment does not conflict with any other article(s) in this Agreement.
