Board Materials and Reports. The Company shall provide to Genworth copies of all materials and reports provided to the Company Board (or a committee thereof) at the same time as such materials and reports are provided to the Company Board (or committee thereof). The Company shall satisfy its obligations under this Section 5.7(e) by delivering such materials and reports to Genworth’s Corporate Secretary in such form and in such manner as requested by Genworth’s Corporate Secretary.
