Data and Reports. The School is consistent in providing information, data, documentation, evindence and reports requested by the Commission pursuant to HRS §302D-17. x Review of submissions.
Data and Reports. The School shall designate the Commission an authorized representative for FERPA- permitted activities and promptly provide to the Commission, upon request, any information (including personally identifiable student information), data, documentation, evidence and reports necessary for the Commission to efficiently meet its oversight and reporting obligations as outlined in HRS §302D-17. When the request is for on-site inspection of records, prompt is defined as immediate access. If the request is for reproduction of records, then the Commission will include a reasonable timeframe to allow the School to provide the requested records and adherence to this timeframe will be considered prompt. The School shall submit all data, worksheets, reports, and other information required by HIDOE and the Commission in accordance with any deadlines imposed. Failure to provide reports, data, documentation, or evidence by the date due is a material violation of the Charter Contract. The Commission shall maintain personally identifiable student information received under this section for as long as it is in operation as a state charter school authorizer, after which time the data will be destroyed.
Data and Reports. Institution and/or Investigator shall submit all data, reports, queries, and other requested information in a timely manner. Institution and/or Investigator shall maintain Study reports as required by the Protocol and Instructions. Institution and Investigator agree to provide Xxxxxxxx with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by Xxxxxxxx and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Data and Reports. Upon and after execution of the detailed agreement, Lessor will make available to Lessee all technical data, survey notes or maps, samples, drilling results including drill logs and reports concerning the Property which Lessor possesses, or to which it has access, of which it acquires in the future. Within 60 days after termination of the detailed agreement, Lessee shall return to Lessor all information of a nature similar to that described above and developed by Lessee during the term of the Mining Lease. If requested by Lessor not more than once in any 12 calendar months, Lessee shall submit to Lessor, within 60 days of Lessee's receipt of such request, an annual progress report describing Lessee's work upon the Property, the results of such work, and the amounts expended by Lessee in furtherance thereof to the date of such report.

Institution agrees to provide Chiltern with the data called for in the Protocol via the appropriate electronic data capture system in accordance with the schedule communicated by Chiltern and in compliance with the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Data and Reports. The Port and City agree to share upon request storm water related data, reports and infrastructure information including but not limited to: receiving water quality and flow data, water resource studies and reports, storm water conveyance/treatment system mapping data, and NPDES-required reports.
Data and Reports. The School shall promptly provide to the Commission any information, data, documentation, evidence and reports necessary for the Commission to meet its oversight and reporting obligations as outlined in chapter 28A.710 RCW. When the request is for on-site inspection of records, prompt is defined as immediate access. If the request is for reproduction of records, then the Commission will include a timeframe in which the records must be provided; adherence to this timeframe will be considered prompt. The School shall also provide required documentation, data, information and reports include identified in Attachment 9: Identification of Documentation Required for Annual Performance Report by the deadlines identified in the Master Calendar. The School shall submit all data, worksheets, reports and other information required by OSPI in accordance with the deadlines imposed by OSPI. Failure to provide reports, data, documentation, or evidence by the date due is a material violation of the Contract.
Data and Reports. 10.1 All data and reports, except for proprietary techniques used in developing such technical data and reports, must be submitted by the RE DEVELOPER in accordance with the format approved by the DEPARTMENT.
10.2 The data and reports to be submitted to the DEPARTMENT shall include, but not limited to, the following:
a) Annual Progress Report - shall be submitted not later than two (2) months after the end of each Contract Year and shall contain the summary of accomplishments under the approved Work Program with supporting documents, direct or indirect jobs generated, summary of fiscal incentives availed in Philippine Peso, Wind Resource Assessment Report, and any issues and concerns encountered during the implementation of the Work Program, among others;
b) Procurement Plan - shall be submitted not later than one (1) month from the approval of the Work Program and shall be designed according to the approved Work Program, containing an itemized list of equipment, materials, and supplies to be procured with corresponding estimated costs;
c) Monthly Generation Report - shall be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the end of each calendar month and shall include wind data report and total electricity generated, used and exported to the grid;
d) General Information Sheet - shall be submitted annually within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”);
e) Audited Financial Statement - shall be submitted annually within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of submission to the SEC;
f) Reports in accordance with the Department Circular No. DC2012-11-0009 entitled “Renewable Energy Safety, Health and Environment Rules and Regulations”, as may be amended; and
g) To hasten the development of wind energy resources and reduce risk and costs from the private sector, the RE DEVELOPERS shall submit wind data set to the DOE, through the Energy Data Center of the Philippines (“EDCP”).
i. Wind Data Set. The wind data set shall have an average time interval of ten (10) minutes and shall include, but are not limited to, wind speed measured at three (3) different heights, wind direction measured at two

Subcontractor shall, and shall ensure Provider submits to United all reports and clinical information which United or LDH may require for reporting purposes pursuant to the State Contract, including but not limited to encounter data, HEDIS, AHRQ and EPSDT data and reports, where applicable. Provider shall utilize LDH’s Louisiana Immunization Network for Kids Statewide (LINKS) web-based immunization reporting system for the reporting of all adult and child vaccinations. As applicable, if United has entered into alternative reimbursement arrangements with Subcontractor and/or Provider (with prior approval by the Department), Subcontractor and Provider are required to submit all encounter data to the same standards of completeness and accuracy as required for proper adjudication of fee-for-service claims by United. Subcontractor shall require that by submitting data to United, Provider represents and attests to United and the State that the data is accurate, complete and truthful, and upon United’s request Provider shall certify in writing, that the data is accurate, complete, and truthful, based on Provider’s best knowledge, information and belief. NOTE: United is not allowed to enter into alternative reimbursement arrangements with FQHCs or RHCs.
Data and Reports. Ownership of Service Data. All data and information submitted to one party by the other party in connection with the Services (the "Service Data") is and shall remain the property of the originator of the data and information. The Service Data shall: (a) not be used by either party other than in connection with providing or analyzing the Services; (b) not be disclosed, sold, assigned, leased or otherwise provided to third parties by either party; and (c) not be commercially exploited by or on behalf of either party, its employees or agents except as provided in this Agreement. Each party shall take all appropriate actions to safeguard the Service Data. The database of Enrolled Clients shall remain the sole property of AMEX save and except employer data which shall not be disclosed to AMEX. Return of Data. Upon request by the other party upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, each party shall (a) promptly return to the other party, in a format agreed upon by the parties hereto and on the media reasonably requested by, all Service Data belonging to that party and/or (b) erase or destroy under the supervision of the owner of the Service Data, all such Service Data. Database Maintenance. ASF agrees to transmit information each month within thirty (30) days of the end of the month on use of the Service by Clients/Client (including, Client account number), to the AMEX location designated by AMEX. The mechanism for this transmission to be agreed to by the parties. Each party shall use best efforts for the accuracy and completeness of the data and information submitted to the other party and shall promptly correct any errors or inaccuracies in the data or information submitted. SECURITY
1. Safety and Security Procedures: General - ASF shall have limited access to certain Confidential Data and Information solely for the purposes consistent with meeting ASF's obligations under this Agreement: (a) ASF shall require all visitors to be identified at the front entrance of all operating centers and to sign a visitor's log which includes the date, time in/out, firm represented and signature. All visitors shall be issued badges; (b) ASF shall maintain a secure environment for all Confidential Data and Information for such ASF service location to prevent unauthorized access, damage, or destruction of Confidential Data and Information, including, but not limited to: appropriate alarm systems, access controls, fire suppression, video surveillance, plan material...
