Board of Arbitration – appointment of Chairperson. Should the person chosen by the Board to act on the Board of Arbitration, and the person chosen by the Union, fail to agree on a third person within seven (7) days of the notification mentioned in 13.03 above, the Ontario Labour Relations Board will be asked to appoint a person to act as Chairperson.
