Board of Directors of Members of the Company Group. The Company, the Founder and the PRC Entities shall ensure that the board of directors of each member of the Company Group shall follow the decisions made by the Company, which shall have sole decision making power over all business and affairs of any member of the Company Group, to the extent permitted by Law.
