Board Packages. Promptly upon request of the Arranger, the Borrower shall provide to the Arranger copies of any reports or other written materials provided to the members of the Board of Directors of the Borrower for discussion at regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors of the Borrower, which shall be held no less frequently than quarterly (in each case other than any portions of such reports or materials that contain confidential information or are attorney-client privileged information or work product).
