Common use of Board Referral Clause in Contracts

Board Referral. The Board, individually and collectively, shall promptly refer to the Superintendent for her study and recommendation, criticisms, complaints, suggestions, communications, or comments regarding the administration of the District or the Superintendent’s performance of her duties.
