Common use of Board Term and Vacancy Clause in Contracts

Board Term and Vacancy. The term of a Board representative shall be for a period of two years with the ability of the Party to appoint a representative to successive terms. If the Party fails to appoint a representative, the incumbent shall serve until such appointment occurs. If a representative resigns or is no longer able to serve, the alternate shall serve until a representative is appointed.
