BOARDING INFORMATION Clause Samples

The BOARDING INFORMATION clause sets out the requirements and procedures for providing details about when and where a vessel will be boarded. Typically, this clause specifies the information that must be communicated to relevant parties, such as the time, location, and identity of personnel involved in the boarding process. Its core function is to ensure all parties are adequately informed and prepared for boarding operations, thereby minimizing confusion and enhancing safety and coordination.
BOARDING INFORMATION. Information reports containing data covering boarding, and other information agreed to by the parties for Contractor’s operations hereunder will be produced from the close-out entries and provided by United to Contractor on a monthly basis 15 days after the month end.
BOARDING INFORMATION. If you are unable to have the puppy shipped at 8 weeks of age, we will board the puppy depending on the circumstances for an additional fee. In order to ship a puppy the temperature of departure, arrival, and anywhere in between where the pup may be "on the ground", cannot exceed 85ºF or be below 20ºF. This is only due to the fact that the vans that receive the puppy when in flight are not climate-controlled and can get hot or cold in the drive to the airport in-between stops. You will be asked for your identification (picture id) when you pick up the puppy at the airport. We will provide you with the flight information when we receive it. We usually do not have the flight confirmation times until the week that the puppy ships out. Shipment is subject to change with short notice due to climate or flights availability. Picking up your puppy at our location. Many people prefer to come to our location and pick up their puppy. That is perfectly fine with us. Please schedule the times and dates ahead for arrival, so that we may have your puppy's health certificate and paperwork ready for you. No matter what method of shipping you choose to get the puppy to you, you must remember that once the puppy is "out of our hands" and in the care of you and or the "carrier" [airline, etc.], we are no longer financially responsible for it.
