Updating information. You must tell us promptly if information you have provided to us changes, including if your billing address changes or if your use of energy changes (for example, if you start running a business at the premises).

(a) inform your retailer of any change to your contact details; and
(b) inform your retailer of any change that you are aware of that materially affects access to your meter or to other equipment involved in providing customer connection services at the premises; and
(c) inform us of any proposed change that you are aware of in plant or equipment, including metering equipment, or any change to the capacity or operation of connected plant or equipment that may affect the quality, reliability, safety or metering of the supply of energy to the premises or the premises of any other person; and
(d) inform either your retailer or us of any permanent material change to the energy load or pattern of usage at the premises.

You promise that you will promptly give the Credit Union written notice if you move, change your name or employment, or if any other information you provided to the Credit Union changes. In the event that the Shareholder shall ---------------------- discover that any representation or warranty made herein by him/her was false or misleading in any material respect when made or that any event has occurred such that any representation or warranty of the Shareholder made herein would, if made at and as of the time of the occurrence of such event, or thereafter, be incorrect in any material respect, the Shareholder shall deliver to Palomar a statement specifying that it is delivered pursuant to this Section 1.3 and stating in reasonable detail the facts with respect thereto. Delivery of any such statement shall not limit any rights which Palomar may otherwise have under this Shareholder Agreement.

All of the information set forth herein with respect to the Investor, including, without limitation, all of the representations and warranties set forth in Paragraph 6 of this agreement, is correct and complete as of the date hereof and, if there should be any material change in such information prior to the acceptance of this subscription by the Company, the Investor will immediately furnish the revised or corrected information to the Company.

Updating information. Although the Agreement may have started, we do not start selling you electricity unless and until:
(a) you have given us:
(i) your contact details for billing purposes and, if you rent the Supply Address, contact details for your landlord or the landlord’s agent; and
(ii) credit information, if required by us and Credit Support (where we require it);
(b) you have paid any applicable connection or other charge associated with connecting the Supply Address to the distribution system and the Supply Address is connected and all required metering equipment is installed, including a Smart Meter, which we can arrange for you at your cost; and
(c) if we are not already the retailer responsible to AEMO for the Supply Address under Electricity Law, the later of any proposed transfer date stated in the important details and the date a transfer of that responsibility to us is completed. The date when we start selling you electricity is the “Start Date”.
