Common use of BOC’s Personal Data Protection Clause in Contracts

BOC’s Personal Data Protection. 21.1 To process, administer and/or manage your relationship with us, BOC will necessarily need to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data. Such personal data includes information about you set out in your application forms and documents and any other personal information provided by you, possessed by us or that we obtain about you, whether now or in the future. Some examples are your name, identification number, address, personal contact details, your transactions, date of birth, gender, specimen signature etc.
