Common use of Boeing Spare Parts Clause in Contracts

Boeing Spare Parts. Customer will place orders for Provisioning Items by September 1, 1997; provided, however, that in those instances where Boeing submits any revision to the Provisioning Data, Customer will place orders for Boeing Spare Parts covered by such revision within 60 days following the date of such submittal. At Customer's request, Boeing will process "controlled shipments" by shipping full or partial quantities of an order on a schedule specified by Customer, provided the final shipment is made no later han 24 months after receipt of the order.
