Common use of Boeing's Obligations Clause in Contracts

Boeing's Obligations. and Buyer's remedies herein exclude Buyer's incidental or consequential damages and liabilities, costs, loss of revenue or loss of profit resulting from loss of use, but include, at Boeing's option, replacing the infringing item or otherwise curing any infringement on account of which use of the Aircraft by Buyer is prevented.
