Subject Matter of Sale. 2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, BXXX will sell and Buyer will purchase twelve (12) Canadair Regional Jet aircraft model CL600- 2B19 Version 200ER, manufactured pursuant to specification Number RAD-601R-146 Issue NC dated November 18, 1996, attached hereto as Appendix III, as that specification may be modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement (the "Specification"), as supplemented to reflect the incorporation of the Buyer selected optional features ("Buyer Selected Optional Features") set forth in Appendix IV hereto (collectively the "Aircraft").
Subject Matter of Sale. 1.01. Under and pursuant to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Seller shall sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase and accept delivery from Seller, the following:
(a) One (1) used XxXxxxxxx Xxxxxxx XX-82 aircraft with two (2) Xxxxx & Whitney JT8D-217 aircraft engines consisting of an airframe, including any and all avionics, appliances, parts, furnishings, instruments, accessories and other equipment installed therin or thereon, and the above described engines, all of which constitute the "Aircraft". The Aircraft is more fully described in Exhibit A hereto.
(b) The flight, engineering and maintenance manuals, drawings, documents and other data pertaining to the Aircraft and in Seller's or Buyer's possession (the "Manuals"), and the operational and maintenance records pertaining to the Aircraft required by the FAA and in Seller's possession (the "Records"). (The Manuals and the

Subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement, Seller agrees to sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase from Seller, the Airframes, the Engines and the Spares Package, each as defined and more particularly described on Schedule I attached hereto (the Airframes, Engines and Spares Package are collectively referred to as the “Equipment”). Certain capitalized terms used herein are defined in Schedule I attached hereto.
Subject Matter of Sale. Subject to the provisions of this SBP, Seller shall sell to Boeing and Boeing shall purchase from Seller certain Products as set forth in SBP Attachment 1.
Subject Matter of Sale. 2.1 A description of the Aircraft being purchased and sold under the terms of this Agreement and the related Bombardier specification document number(s) will be set out in the applicable Supplement. Until a Supplement, in the form of Supplement No. PA-489-1 attached hereto, is executed between the parties hereto, neither party shall have any obligation under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2 This Agreement shall be applicable to the purchase of Aircraft completed during a period of three (3) years from the date hereof as evidenced by the execution of a Supplement.
Subject Matter of Sale. 2.1 Said Flat/Unit: ALL THAT piece and parcel of residential Flat No. ( ) kitchen, ( _) toilet, _storied building, being erected on the land described in the First Schedule hereinbelow.
Subject Matter of Sale. Seller hereby agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer hereby agrees to purchase from Seller one used Boeing 747-200 series Aircraft without engines bearing manufacturer's serial number 21035 and FAA registration No. N559EV (the "Aircraft"), in "AS TS, WHERE IS CONDITION". It is acknowledged by the Parties that Seller is not selling any aircraft engines to Buyer under this Agreement, as Buyer is only buying the Airframe with no engines installed. Consequently, the terms "Aircraft" and "Property" will not include engines or any parts, components and/or accessories related to the engines or any other avionics, parts) accessories, components or other equipment to the exte11t that they are not installed upon the Airframe upon Seller's tender of the Aircraft to Buyer at Closing (the "Delivery"). Records associated with the Aircraft which are in sellers possession, will be sold with the Aircraft. The Records and Aircraft will be referred to as "Property or the Aircraft".
Subject Matter of Sale. Subject to Article 8 hereof, Seller agrees to sell and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer hereby agrees to purchase and to accept from Seller (i) the Aircraft together with all Technical Documents, upon and subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement, and (ii) all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Lease Documents (collectively, the "Purchased Assets") and to effect Delivery on the Scheduled Delivery Date. Provided, that should the Purchased Assets not be delivered by the close of business on December 31, 2005 in Seattle, Washington, the parties hereto shall have no further obligation to each other with respect to the Purchased Assets, except as may otherwise be provided in Section 3.2 hereof. In connection herewith, Seller shall use reasonable efforts to tender delivery of the Aircraft and assign the Lease on or before the Scheduled Delivery Date, but Seller shall bear no liability for delivery after this date. Buyer will use its reasonable efforts to close this transaction on or before December 31, 2005.
Subject Matter of Sale. 1.1 Seller agrees to sell to Purchaser and Xxxxxxxxx agrees to purchase from Seller the following: One (1) unserviceable [ ] aircraft, bearing MSN [ ] and of former registration [ ], together with all available related parts, components, accessories, the [ ] engines “on wing” bearing serial numbers [ ] (No.1) and [ ] (No.2) on an “as is, where is, with all faults” basis (whether or not discoverable as at the date of Delivery) without warranties or representations of any kind. Purchaser shall be obliged to satisfy itself as to the condition of the Aircraft;
Subject Matter of Sale. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Seller agrees to sell and to deliver to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to buy and take delivery from the Seller all of the Seller's right, title and interest in and to that certain 1982 Gulfstream III (G-1159A) model aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number 362 and FAA Registration Number N800AR, together with two Rolls Royce Spey MK-511-8 model engines bearing manufacturer's serial numbers 11140 and 11141, and all equipment, features, accessories, instruments, and components, and other parts installed thereon or appurtenant thereto, all loose equipment and spare parts, and all Aircraft Documents as defined in Section 1.1(b), and as additionally described on Attachment A hereto (all of the foregoing items collectively referred to as the "Aircraft").
(b) For purposes hereof, the term "Aircraft Documents" shall mean and include records, overhaul records, maintenance manuals, repair manuals, flight manuals, crew manuals, warranty documents, logbooks, authorizations, wiring diagrams, drawings and data required or recommended by the manufacturer of the airframe, engines or any component or part of the Aircraft, or required with respect to the Aircraft, and all issued FAA Form 337's.
