Bombardier's Interface Commitment. In the event of a dispute in the application of a Vendor Part warranty, at Buyer's request addressed to Bombardier's warranty administrator, Bombardier shall, without charge, conduct an investigation and analysis of any such dispute resulting from a technical interface problem to determine, if possible, the cause of the interface problem and then recommend feasible corrective action. Buyer shall furnish to Bombardier all data and information in Buyer's possession relevant to the interface problem and shall cooperate with Bombardier in the conduct of its investigation and such tests as may be required. Bombardier, at the conclusion of its investigation, shall advise Buyer in writing of Bombardier's opinion as to the cause of the problem and Bombardier's recommended corrective action.
