Bond Interest and Other Financing Costs – Limited Eligibility. The Recipient agrees that bond interest and other financing costs are allowable costs to the extent permitted by applicable federal law, regulation, requirement, or guidance. FTA’s share of interest and financing costs that implement the Award will be limited to an amount that does not exceed the most favorable financing terms reasonably available at the time of borrowing, except as the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
