TUITION AND OTHER FEES. 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:
a) the individual has an entitlement to a Fee Concession; or
b) there is a requirement to apply a Fee Waiver.
5.2 The Training Provider must comply with the requirements in the Guidelines About Fees for levying tuition and other fees, including collecting and maintaining evidence to support the application of Fee Concessions and Fee Waivers.

The Training Provider must adhere to: the requirements set out in the Guidelines about Fees as issued by the Department and updated from time to time; and any subsequent relevant requirements set out in: a Contract Notification; and/or orders or regulations pursuant to the Act or the National Act, with respect to the amount, imposition and collection of tuition fees and other fees for government subsidised training and financial and accountability requirements with regards to student fees (Fee Requirements) as if they were set out in this VET Funding Contract. To the extent of any inconsistency between Fee Requirements referred to in Clause 6.1: Fee Requirements set out in any subsequent Contract Notification or subsequent orders or regulations pursuant to the Act or the National Act take priority over Fee Requirements set out in the Guidelines about Fees; and Fee Requirements set out in orders or regulations pursuant to the Act or the National Act take priority over Fee Requirements set out in a Contract Notification. The Training Provider must document information on training and assessment and provide it to an Eligible Individual in a Training Plan, which must be: for Eligible Individuals who are not Apprentices or Trainees, documented either as a group of Eligible Individuals or a single Eligible Individual; or for Apprentices and Trainees, documented for a single Eligible Individual. The information documented in a Training Plan must include the: name and contact details of the Training Provider (and employer, for Apprentices and Trainees); title and code of qualification; the Program Unique Supervised Hours for the qualification; the Program Supervised Teaching Activity Completion Date for the qualification; title and code for each unit of competency to be obtained; scheduled hours for each unit of competency to be obtained; timeframe for achieving units of competency including the start date and end date of each unit of competency (and actual dates for where training has already occurred, for Apprentices and Trainees); delivery modes to be used for each unit of competency; assessment details and arrangements; persons responsible for the delivery and/or assessment of each competency; and record of RPL and credit transfer hours granted, as relevant. 5.2 For the avoidance of doubt:
a) Fee Requirements set out in any subsequent Contract Notification or subsequent orders or regulations pursuant to the Act or the National Act take priority over Fee Requirements set out in the Guidelines about Fees; and
b) Fee Requirements set out in orders or regulations pursuant to the Act or the National Act take priority over Fee Requirements set out in a Contract Notification.
TUITION AND OTHER FEES. The Student agrees to pay the Course Provider’s tuition fees (tuition fees under section 2 para. 2 FHStG in the current version are €363.36 for students with EU citizenship, CH citizenship or EEA member countries, others are required to pay €1000) and the student union fee (Austrian Students' Union fee) including all special fees under section 38 para. 2 and 6 University Students’ Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (abbreviated: HSG 2014) per semester in advance. Any planned increase in these fees by legislators entitle the Course Provider to make a corresponding increase. Such an increase does not entitle the Student to withdraw from or to interrupt their chosen degree program.
TUITION AND OTHER FEES. 2.1 Students shall pay tuition and other fees directly to UQ for study undertaken at UQ.
2.2 In the case of withdrawal from studies, UQ shall apply its refunds policy and where applicable remit such refunds to the student.
2.3 Students shall also be responsible for all field trip costs, other non-compulsory student service fees and personal costs including: - ● Transport (including flights) to and from the Host institution. ● Textbooks, clothing, and personal expenses. ● Accommodation costs. ● Medical insurance required by the Host or Host country. ● Passport and visa costs.

For public schools: When courses for dual enrollment or early admission are taken during the Fall and Spring terms, and on the campus of PBSC by public school students, including charter school students, the SBPBC or the Charter School shall reimburse the standard tuition rate per credit hour, currently $71.98. • For programs leading to a career certificate or an applied technology diploma, the standard tuition shall be $2.33 per contact hour. • For home education students: This section does not apply. PBSC will submit an invoice to the SBPBC or Charter school for students enrolled in those courses/programs as of the last day of add/drop in the Fall and Spring term. (Students who withdraw after add/drop will have a transcript record indicating withdrawal.) PBSC will invoice the SBPBC or the charter school each term, with a December or May due date, as appropriate. Summer Term: Subject to an annual appropriation in the General Appropriations Act, PBSC, as applicable, shall receive an amount of funding equivalent to the standard tuition rate per credit hour for each dual enrollment course taken by a public and home education student during the summer term. For FAU: • When courses for dual enrollment or early admission are taken during the Fall, and Spring terms on FAU campuses or via online/distance education by SBPBC students, including charter school students, the SBPBC or the Charter School shall reimburse the FAU standard tuition rate per credit hour. Summer Term: Subject to an annual appropriation in the General Appropriations Act, FAU, as applicable, shall receive an amount of funding equivalent to the standard tuition rate per credit hour for each dual enrollment course taken by a public and home education student during the summer term. • When courses for dual enrollment or early admission are taken by home education students, the costs associated with tuition and fees, including registration and laboratory fees, shall not be passed along to the student. Fees other than tuition, registration, and laboratory fees, including, without limitation, for parking, identification cards, late payment, and library fines, etc. shall be the responsibility of the student. HB 7055 that passed during the 2018 Legislative session removed the requirement that home school students provide their own instructional materials. TUITION AND OTHER FEES. ● The tuition to attend Lighthouse Schools is $25,000. This includes boarding and meals. ● The Lighthouse Schools' Inaugural Year Scholarship offers a $15,000 lifetime scholarship to students joining its founding cohort for the 2024-2025 school year. These students will receive the scholarship benefit throughout their time at Lighthouse Schools until they graduate. ● The Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Scholarship will cover up to the full amount of the annual tuition.
