Common use of Bonds; Liens Clause in Contracts

Bonds; Liens. Upon completion of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord unconditional lien waivers from Tenant’s general contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers. Tenant shall keep the Premises free and clear of all claims and liens and shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord against, and hold Landlord harmless from, any and all such claims and liens including, but not be limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs.
