Bone Marrow Transplantation Sample Clauses
The Bone Marrow Transplantation clause defines the terms and conditions under which bone marrow transplantation procedures are provided or covered. It typically outlines eligibility criteria for patients, the scope of medical services included (such as donor matching, pre-transplant evaluations, and post-transplant care), and any limitations or exclusions related to the procedure. This clause ensures that both parties understand the extent of coverage or obligations regarding bone marrow transplants, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to manage expectations and costs associated with this complex medical treatment.
