Bone Marrow Transplantation. The diagnosis must be confirmed by a haematologist Medical Practitioner using relevant laboratory investigations including Bone Marrow Biopsy resulting in bone marrow cellularity of less than 25% which is evidenced by any two of the following: a. Absolute neutrophil count of less than 500/mm³ or less; b. Platelets count less than 20,000/mm³ or less; c. Reticulocyte count of less than 20,000/mm³ or less. We will not cover temporary or reversible Aplastic Anaemia under this Section.
