Common use of Bonus Deferral Clause in Contracts

Bonus Deferral. On each issuance of a check in full or partial payment of the Executive’s quarterly sales bonus and annual bonus, if any, for services to be performed in calendar year 2005, there shall be deducted an amount equivalent to ____ percent of such gross bonus payment which will be credited to the Deferred Compensation Account as of the last day of the month in which such check is to be issued.
