Deferrals. If permitted by the Company, the Participant may elect, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and any other applicable written plan or procedure adopted by the Company from time to time for purposes of such election, to defer the distribution of all or any portion of the shares of Common Stock that would otherwise be distributed to the Participant hereunder (the “Deferred Shares”), consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. Upon the vesting of RSUs that have been so deferred, the applicable number of Deferred Shares shall be credited to a bookkeeping account established on the Participant’s behalf (the “Account”). Subject to Section 5 hereof, the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Shares credited to the Participant’s Account shall be distributed to the Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the other applicable written plans or procedures of the Company, consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.
Deferrals. The Fees deferred by the Director as of the time the Fees would have otherwise been paid to the Director.
Deferrals. The Compensation deferred by the Executive as of the time the Compensation would have otherwise been paid to the Executive.
Deferrals. The Committee, in its sole discretion, may permit a Participant to defer receipt of the payment of cash or the delivery of Shares that would otherwise be due to such Participant under an Award. Any such deferral elections shall be subject to such rules and procedures as shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.

Deferrals. To facilitate tax planning, Insureds can choose in advance to defer Indemnities to the following tax year. There will be no recourse to defer payment once a payment has been issued. Deferred Indemnities will not be applied to outstanding Premiums/balances until the deferred date and interest will continue to accrue.
Deferrals. The portion of the Compensation deferred by the Director as of the time the Compensation would have otherwise been paid to the Director.
Deferrals. There shall be no permanent medical deferrals from the program for troopers/sergeants. A trooper/sergeant may be granted a one hundred and eighty (180) day deferral from the program, based on the recommendation of a qualified physician and approved by the Division’s Chief Medical Examiner. If necessary, further one hundred and eighty (180) day deferrals may be granted.
Deferrals. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Board, in its sole discretion, may determine that the delivery of Common Stock or the payment of cash, upon the exercise, vesting or settlement of all or a portion of any Award may be deferred and may also establish programs and procedures for deferral elections to be made by Participants. Deferrals will be made in accordance with the requirements of Section 409A.
Deferrals. For purposes of calculating any amount due under this Agreement, the effect of any deferral of income shall be disregarded and all sums due shall be calculated as if no such deferral had been made.
