Common use of Bonus Payments Clause in Contracts

Bonus Payments. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the Base Salary, an annual cash bonus payment in amounts to be determined at the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.

Bonus Payments. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled eligible to receive, in addition to the Base Salary, an annual cash and/or stock bonus payment in amounts amount, which may be zero, to be determined at the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.
