Common use of Bonus Payments Clause in Contracts

Bonus Payments. In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled during the Employment Term to receive such bonus payments as the Board may determine in accordance with the Bank's Management Incentive Plan (the "Incentive Plan") in effect on the date of this Agreement or as the same may be amended or modified from time to time for the Bank's executive officers.

Bonus Payments. In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Employment Term to receive such bonus payments as the Compensation Committee or the Board may determine in accordance with the Bank's Management Incentive Plan (the "Incentive Plan") pursuant to any bonus plan in effect on at the date of this Agreement or as any amendments or modifications thereto (the same may be amended or modified from time to time for the Bank's executive officers"Bonus Plan").

Bonus Payments. In addition to Base Salary, the Executive shall be -------------- entitled during the Employment Term to receive such bonus payments as the Board Compensation Committee may determine in accordance with the BankCompany's Management Incentive Plan (past practice, if any, pursuant to the "Incentive Plan") in effect on the date of this Agreement or Company's bonus plan, if, when, and as adopted and as the same thereafter may be amended or modified from time to time for (the Bank"Plan"); provided, however, that such bonus payments, if any, shall be appropriate in relation to the Executive's executive officersperformance and progress of the Company.

Bonus Payments. In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be entitled entitled, during the Employment Term Term, to participate in and receive such payments from all bonus payments and other incentive compensation plans as the Board may determine in accordance with the Bank's Management Incentive Plan (the "Incentive Plan") in effect on the date of this Agreement or as the same may be amended or modified from time to time for time, on the Bank's same basis as other Bank executive officersofficers or as other comparably placed executives of MMB and/or its subsidiaries. It is intended that the bonus and incentive plans (other than the Management Recognition Plan referenced below) available to Executives shall be the same as or comparable to those available to executives of MMB and/or its subsidiaries.
