Bonus Shift Premium Sample Clauses
The Bonus Shift Premium clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work shifts beyond their regular schedule or under specific qualifying conditions. Typically, this premium applies to extra shifts picked up voluntarily, shifts during high-demand periods, or those that are particularly undesirable, such as late-night or holiday shifts. By providing a financial incentive, the clause encourages staffing flexibility and helps ensure adequate coverage during times when it may otherwise be difficult to fill shifts.
