Common use of Bonuses and Options Clause in Contracts

Bonuses and Options. The Company will pay to the Consultant, at the sole discretion of the Board, such bonuses and will grant to the Consultant, when available and subject to each of the rules and policies of the regulatory authorities and applicable securities legislation and the terms and conditions of the Company’s then existing compensation plan, Options. The amount and extent of such bonus or grant of Options will be determined after taking into consideration the Company’s and the Consultant’s performance, including without limitation, increases in the price of the Common Shares, pre-tax profits, earnings per share, and net income of either or both of the Companies.
