Common use of Book Allocations of Net Profit and Net Loss Clause in Contracts

Book Allocations of Net Profit and Net Loss. Except as provided in Section 9.2, Net Profit or Net Loss, as the case may be, with respect to any Accounting Period, including each item of income, gain, loss and deduction of the Company, shall be allocated among the Capital Accounts as of the end of such Accounting Period in a manner that as closely as possible gives effect to the provisions of Article X and the other relevant provisions of this Agreement.
