Protections. 24.5.1 LESSOR will obtain for the benefit of LESSEE an acknowledgment from any LESSOR's Assignee or LESSOR's Lender that, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing hereunder, such Person will not interfere with LESSEE's quiet, peaceful use and enjoyment of the Aircraft.
Protections. 1. A Resident Educator Mentor/Facilitator shall be held harmless in the event that a Resident Educator fails or does not complete the program. 2. A Resident Educator Mentor/Facilitator shall be held harmless by the Board in the event that the Board non-renews the Resident Educator. 3. If the District does not comply with the Resident Educator Program the member who is participating in the program shall not be disciplined and/or adversely affected due to the action(s) and/or inaction(s) of the District.
ProtectionsAt any time either the mentor or the resident educator may exercise the option to have a new mentor assigned in that the mentor and resident educator must operate in a trusting and comfortable relationship. No specifics shall be given as to the exercise of the option and no prejudice or evaluation is to be given such change.
Protections. The Recipient agrees to protect the interests of private enterprise affected by federal public transportation programs by: (1) Encouraging private enterprise to participate in the planning of public transportation and programs that provide public transportation, to the extent permitted under 49 U.S.C. § 5306, and (2) Providing just compensation for the Project property it acquires, including the franchises of private providers of public transportation, as required under 49 U.S.C. § 5323(a)(1)(C).

All members of the Team, Mentors, and Resident Educators shall keep confidential all discussions, actions, materials and other information to the extent permitted by law. In an emergency, or for matters required to be disclosed by law, the Mentor shall report to the District Administrator. 8. Mentors shall communicate directly with the Resident Educators and shall not discuss/report the performance and progress of the Resident Educator with any administrator, assessor, or other teacher. 9. At any time, either the Mentor or the Resident Educator may exercise the option to have a new Mentor assigned. The Mentor and the Resident Educator must operate in a trusting and comfortable relationship; therefore, no specifics shall be given as to the exercise of the option and no prejudice or evaluation is to be given such change. 10. Resident Educators shall be provided all due process provisions allowed by the master agreement and ORC.
Protections. During the period of approved FMLA/VPFL, the employee's insurance benefits must be maintained under the same conditions as if the employee continued to work. Upon return from approved FMLA/VPFL, the employee must be reinstated to the same or an equivalent job with the same status, pay, benefits, and terms and conditions of employment, except in the following circumstance: The employee's job terminated or the employee would have been laid off for reasons unrelated to the leave.
Protections. All Subsidiaries of the Company shall be governed in a manner consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including with respect to Board composition, quorum and notice requirements). The Company shall take such actions, including causing its Subsidiaries to take such actions, to ensure that the provisions of Subsidiaries' organizational documents applicable to Subsidiary Boards are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement applicable to the Board or any Subsidiary Board.
ProtectionsPlan Holder shall hold Confidential Information confidential to the maximum extent permitted by law. Plan Holder shall safeguard Confidential Information with at least the same level of care and security, using all reasonable and necessary security measures, devices and procedures that Plan Holder uses to maintain its own confidential information.
Protections a. The mentor teacher shall have no notations made on their evaluation as to the success or non-success of their efforts as a mentor, nor will the Board of Education/Superintendent be required to continue to assign them as mentors. b. A Resident Educator Teacher shall not be required to remain in a Resident Educator Program unless the continuation in the program is part of an effort to remediate noted deficiencies in their teaching abilities. Four (4) years shall be the maximum assignment to this program
