Book Allowance. At recent collective bargaining negotiations the University agreed to provide a fifty dollar ($50) book allowance to all bargaining unit members. This allowance will be provided once each calendar year to employees who have successfully completed the probationary period and who have been allocated a minimum of one (1) permanent weekly scheduled shift in the fall term. This letter will remain in effect until the expiration of this collective agreement.
