Any new issuance of Subject Shares will be reflected on Acquirer’s books and records in book entry only, with appropriate notations reflecting the applicable legends unless the Reinvestment Stockholder expressly requests in writing the delivery of a duly endorsed stock certificate in the name of the Reinvestment Stockholder.
