Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. If any action, including arbitration, is brought to enforce this Agreement or to determine the relative rights and obligations of either of the parties and a ruling is obtained in favor of either party, regardless of which party institutes the action, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. A Buyer, Seller, Listing Broker, Other Broker, or escrow agent w ho prevails in any legal proceeding related to this contract is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs of such proceeding.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. If MLS prevails in any action to enforce or interpret this Agreement or any provision hereof, the party against whom enforcement or interpretation was sought will pay MLS's reasonable attorney's fees and costs for such legal action.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. Tenant agrees to pay all Court costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred by Landlord in enforcing by legal action or otherwise any of Landlord's rights under this lease same shall be as additional rent.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. In the event that there is any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or to the interpretation, breach or enforcement thereof, and any action or proceeding is commenced to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee, costs and expenses.

In the event of any dispute, action, or other proceeding brought by either party against the other under this Convertible Note, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such dispute, action, or other proceeding, including, without limitation, the fees and costs of its attorneys, whether or not such dispute, action, or other proceeding proceeds to formal resolution or judgment.

Should any action be commenced between the parties to this Agreement concerning the matters set forth in this Agreement or the right and duties of either in relation thereto, the prevailing party in such Action shall be entitled, in addition to such other relief as may be granted, to a reasonable sum as and for its Attorney’s Fees and Costs.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. In addition to any other rights we may have at law or under this Agreement to recover fees and costs, we shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs expended in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement and the defense of any rights we may have under this Agreement, regardless of whether we elect to bring suit for those purposes, and you authorize the Credit Union to deduct any such fees and costs from your eligible Accounts without prior notice to you. 17.Amendment. Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. If any action or proceeding is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the substantially prevailing Party shall be entitled to receive from the non-substantially prevailing Party its reasonable attorneys’ fees and other legal or professional expenses.
Xxxxxxxx’s Fees. If any Party shall commence any action or proceeding against another Party in order to enforce the provisions hereof, or to recover damages as the result of the alleged breach of any of the provisions hereof, the prevailing Party therein shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees.
