Book-Entry System; Limited Obligation of Authority. The Bonds shall be initially delivered in the form of a separate single fully registered Bond (which may be typewritten) for each of the maturities of the Bonds. Upon initial delivery, the ownership of each such Bond shall be registered in the registration books kept by the Trustee in the name of the Nominee as nominee of the Depository. Except as provided in Section 2.11(c), all of the Outstanding Bonds shall be registered in the registration books kept by the Trustee in the name of the Nominee. With respect to Bonds registered in the registration books kept by the Trustee in the name of the Nominee, the Authority and the Trustee shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Participant or to any person on behalf of which such a Participant holds an interest in the Bonds. Without limiting the immediately preceding sentence, the Authority and the Trustee shall have no responsibility or obligation with respect to (i) the accuracy of the records of the Depository, the Nominee, or any Participant with respect to any ownership interest in the Bonds,

  • TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY Immediately upon the Executive terminating or being terminated from his employment with the Company for any reason, notwithstanding anything else appearing in this Agreement or otherwise, the Executive will stop serving the functions of his terminated or expired position(s) and shall be without any of the authority or responsibility for such position(s).
