Global Agent and Exchange Administrator The Global Agent acts solely as a fiscal agent of Xxxxxxx Mac with respect to the Original Notes (and of the Exchange Administrator with respect to the MAC Notes) and does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for or with any Holder of an Original Note, except that any moneys held by the Global Agent for payment on an Original Note shall be held in trust for the Holder. The Global Agent does not assume any obligation or relationship of agency or trust for, or with, any Holder of an Original Note.
Per-‐Registrar Transactions Report This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-‐value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-‐transactions-‐yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-‐TLD, the A-‐label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported. Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
-wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.
Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.
Transfer Agent and Registrar The Trustees shall have power to employ a transfer agent or transfer agents, and a registrar or registrars, with respect to the Shares. The transfer agent or transfer agents may keep the applicable register and record therein, the original issues and transfers, if any, of the said Shares. Any such transfer agents and/or registrars shall perform the duties usually performed by transfer agents and registrars of certificates of stock in a corporation, as modified by the Trustees.
DS3 Loop DS3 Loop is a two-point digital transmission path which provides for simultaneous two-way transmission of serial, bipolar, return-to-zero isochronous digital electrical signals at a transmission rate of 44.736 megabits per second (Mbps) that is dedicated to the use of the ordering CLEC in its provisioning of local exchange and associated exchange access services. It may provide transport for twenty-eight (28) DS1 channels, each of which provides the digital equivalent of twenty-four (24) analog voice grade channels. The interface to unbundled dedicated DS3 transport is a metallic-based electrical interface.
