Common use of Booking Borrowings Clause in Contracts

Booking Borrowings. To the extent permitted by Law, any Facility A Lender may make, carry, or transfer its Borrowings at, to, or for the account of any of its branch offices or the office of any of its Affiliates; provided that no Affiliate shall be entitled to receive any greater payment under SECTION 3.15 than the transferor Facility A Lender would have been entitled to receive with respect to such Borrowings.
